When can I actually order online?
We are wrapping up the TGP online shop right now. In the meantime, reserve the model you want and we will reach out the moment ordering opens with pricing and availability confirmed. If you want to move sooner, contact us and we will place the order through our team.
What is included with a launch monitor purchase?
You get the launch monitor itself, all cables and mounting hardware NVISAGE ships with the unit, and free lifetime access to MURLIE software with twenty preloaded courses. Screens, projectors, PCs, and enclosures are separate. If you want the full build, ask us about a custom simulator.
Do you ship, or do I pick up?
For most units we can ship anywhere in the US. For Chicagoland customers we offer local pickup at the TGP clubhouse in Westmont, and for larger residential builds we can coordinate delivery with install.
Which unit is right for me?
If you are unsure, book a demo at the clubhouse or contact us with your space dimensions and what you plan to use the unit for. We would rather help you pick correctly than sell you the wrong model.
What about warranty?
Warranty is provided directly by NVISAGE. Terms and duration vary by product and current NVISAGE policy. We can walk you through what is covered before you buy.
Can I trade in my current launch monitor?
