That Golf Place

The Experience

A clubhouse for the modern golfer.

Everything inside That Golf Place was chosen with intention. The bays. The technology. The atmosphere. Come once and you'll understand why members stop going anywhere else.

The Bays

Built for the game. Designed for the golfer.

Bay 02 at That Golf Place: an acoustic-foam wedge wall lines the front of the hitting bay, with a Foresight Falcon launch monitor and a lit GSPro course on the impact screen behind — the visual signature of an independently soundproofed simulator bay.

01

Soundproofed bays.

Acoustic foam panels line the bay walls to soften echo and absorb impact noise. The result: a calm, conversational space where swings, ball strikes, and group chatter never feel harsh. A clubhouse, not a driving range.

Warm Edison-bulb pendants run across the ceiling at That Golf Place while a member swings in Bay 02 with the Foresight screen lit and no glare — calibrated lighting in practice.

02

Calibrated lighting.

Warm pin-spot lighting illuminates the hitting area without creating screen glare. The ambiance shifts between sessions, brighter for practice, dimmer for immersive play. You'll never squint at your screen.

Inside That Golf Place: a soundproofed simulator bay with a Foresight curtain and putting turf in the foreground, leather club chairs in the lounge alongside, and a second bay visible through the open archway.

03

Seating for your group.

Every bay is built for the group, not just the player. Comfortable lounge seating alongside the hitting area keeps your foursome engaged between shots. Bays are sized for a member plus up to 3 guests, four players total.

04

Premium mats and screens.

Tour-grade hitting mats that replicate real turf feedback. Impact screens tensioned to absorb shots cleanly, with no hot spots. The setup is calibrated for accuracy, not just aesthetics.

Technology

Tour-level tools. Every session.

01

Launch Monitor

Foresight Falcon.

The Falcon is one of the most accurate launch monitors in the industry. Every swing produces full ball data: ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, spin axis, carry distance, and club path. The same unit used by tour professionals on the range. Your data is visible in real time on-screen and saved to your session history.

02

Simulation Software

GSPro Courses.

Play Augusta National, Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, TPC Sawgrass, and thousands more on GSPro, the most accurate and visually stunning virtual golf platform available. Course data is sourced from actual survey data and architect plans. If you've dreamed of playing it, it's probably in the library.

03

Display System

4K Projection.

Custom-built high-performance PCs paired with precision short-throw 4K projectors and optimized impact screens. The image is sharp, color-accurate, and immersive at every seat angle. You'll forget you're indoors, which is entirely the point.

Atmosphere

Inside the club.

A forest-green clubhouse wall at That Golf Place hung with framed golf course paintings, a Masters tournament print, and vintage "Members Only" signage. A peg rack of plaid and checkered headcovers hangs below. To the right, built-in millwork holds a TV showing tournament coverage, a beverage display, and an espresso setup, with a small dining table in the foreground.

Train, then play.

Live shot data on the Foresight launch monitor display at That Golf Place: ball speed 101.2 mph, club speed 87.8 mph, efficiency 1.15, carry 86.0 yards, with a face-to-path visualization showing 4.9° in-to-out and a spin-loft view at 3174 rpm back spin.

Every number, every swing.

The members lounge at That Golf Place: a tufted brown leather Chesterfield sofa with a tartan throw pillow, a side table with a candle and floral arrangement, a framed "Be a Legend" Queen of Clubs print on the forest-green wall, and an open archway behind revealing a simulator bay with putting turf and impact screen. The right wall holds a continuation of the vintage tennis-racket-cover gallery.
