How do tours work?
A tour is one hour, and that hour is a free session on the simulator so you can try it out for yourself. There's no commitment. Request a tour through the form and we'll text you to set a time.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Monthly is $360 a month, month-to-month. Annual is $2,800 a year. Annual members can book 10 days ahead instead of 5, hold up to 5 booked hours at once instead of 4, and book up to 3 hours per session instead of 2. Both plans include bay access from 4 AM to 12 AM, up to 3 guests per visit, and the same club perks.
How many guests can I bring?
Up to 3 guests per visit, included with your membership. Guests sign a one-time waiver on site, and the member must be present for the full visit.
How do I get in?
Every booking comes with a texted unlock link. It works from 15 minutes before your session starts until 15 minutes after. Tap it and the door opens. There's no check-in line.
What are the hours?
Members have bay access from 4 AM to 12 AM, every day. Staff answers calls, texts and email from 9 AM to 5 PM daily.
What's the booking cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled at least 12 hours in advance receive a full refund.
Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. The full cancellation terms for both plans are in our Membership Terms.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. The simulator shows exactly what your club and ball are doing on every swing, which makes learning easier, and the bays are private, so there's no one watching. Two independent coaches, Andrew Farrand and Jim Festle, teach beginners and adult-onset golfers at the club.
What technology do you use?
Every bay runs an NVISAGE N2 overhead launch monitor with GSPro, which has thousands of courses, on 4K projection.
Can non-members take lessons?
Yes. Non-members can book a bay when it's paired with a lesson from Andrew Farrand or Jim Festle. Outside of lessons, bays are for members.
Do you offer corporate memberships or private events?
Yes. We build corporate memberships around your team, and we host private events for groups of 2 to 25 people.
What's included with membership?
Balls and tees, complimentary snacks, coffee, water and soft drinks, and access to the clubhouse lounge with a TV, poker table and warmup area.
